2000-2003 Honda CBR900RR/RE HID KIT

Details

This is a complete HID conversion kit for 2000-2003 Honda CBR900RR/RE models. The kit replaces your stock bulbs with High Intensity Discharge bulbs which run at 35W versus your stock 55W+ bulbs. Thus running cooler, however, 10%-15% brighter than stock bulbs. The gas charged bulbs range in temperature from 4300k - 12000k and are electrically maintained by the ballasts.

Temperature

Bulb temperatures define the output color of the bulb. The following are available bulb temperatures and the description of their colors.

4300k - Bright yellowish light, similar to stock bulb look.
5000k - Bright white light with a slight yellowish hue.
6000k - Bright white light with a slight blue hue.
8000k - Bright blue light, with a sky blue color.
10000k - Deep blue light, less light output and commonly used for show bikes.
12000k - Very Deep blue light, close purple color and is a show bike color.
Green - Green light color, with the lumen equivalent to the 8000k bulb.
